I'm looking to sell or trade my Chris Reeve Pacific and Spartan Blades V-14 Dagger (black on black; with a thick, excellent black kydex sheath, holds it very tight, enough to allow upside down carry). I love both knives, but I've decided I'm not outdoors enough, to justify having them. Even if I was, I'd have a hard time putting them up against heavy-duty cutting tasks -- the V-14 is designed solely for killing things anyway, and the Pacific is too damn pretty, with the gun-metal grey coat, flawlessly ground blade and radiused spine and handle. It comes with a digi-cam Spec-Ops sheath with a tight-fitting kydex insert -- no rattle whatsoever, and will hold the knife upside-down even without the stretch-strap closed, but not well-enough to wear it unsnapped and upside-down while running, etc.
Both come with all the original boxes, papers, etc. I haven't even used them to cut paper. They're as untouched and new as any you'll buy from a dealer.
The Spartan Blades/Les George V-14 dagger sells for $605.00 CAD, ($445.00 USD).---->I'm asking $500.00 CAD ($395.00 USD), which is very fair, but I'm always willing to listen to offers.
The Chris Reeve Pacific sells for $420.00 CAD ($325.00 USD).---->I'm asking $320.00 CAD ($255.00 USD). Offers welcome, etc.
For Both: I'll sell both together for $775.00 CAD (instead of $820.00). To buy both online, you'd pay $1025.00.
For Trade: I would trade both knives for a LNIB or close Hinderer 3.5" XM-18, or XM-24; same goes for other mid-techs in that 600$ range. Any large Sebenza or Umnumzaans are possible trades; same applies to any of the Zero Tolerance Ltd. Editions.
Regarding Trades: if you have a good feedback score, I'm willing to ship my knives first -- you can then ship yours, or send mine back (I don't know why you would, but that makes it zero-risk for you). We each pay to ship our knives out.
Regarding Sales: I'll cover the shipping costs; Paypal for transactions.
