Alright, so I just received this XL 3V Skookum Bush tool and while handling it for the first time promptly dropped it and chipped the edge, doh!!!
SO I put it on the stones and got it sharpened to where it will cut paper without snagging and it is now sharper than the edge that Mr. Garcia put on it.
The blade on this model is 4" and the handle is 5". It is awesome but just a bit too big on the handle for me. I paid $397 for it.
I would be willing to trade for knives from any of these makers-
