Purchased this something like 8 years ago and only used it for a few days. Since then it's been on display or in it's bag on a shelf. The Tsuka ito has been "battle lacquered" for better durability in use, using a clear acrylic lacquer. The tsuba which is currently fit was made by myself following one of Walter Sorrels videos on making a simple iron tsuba. Also includes the original tsuba. The lacquer around the koiguchi is showing minor cracking, but this appears only aesthetic in nature. The sageo was removed and subsequently lost, all of this is reflected in the price.
The blade itself is in very good condition, only having cut bottles for a few days. No rust, no damage, very minor scratches from use.
Also included a vinyl sword bag which I purchased separately.
Asking $275 USD shipped and insured for the sword, spare tsuba and sword bag. Ships from Canada via Canada Post Expedited within North America (overseas at actual costs). PP G%S included in the price.
**Please note that shipping will be after this coming weekend if purchased before then**
