Up for your consideration is my Scrap Yard Knife Company Chop House (thick cut version). It includes a very nice fitting Azwelke kydex sheath.
It is in unused condition, as received from Scrap Yard, but the sheath has caused a small amount of smoothing in the coating (right side of blade, visible in the last photo).

Blade Length: 9-1/4"
Overall Length: 14-1/4"
Blade Width: 2-3/16"
Steel: SR-101
Hardness: 58-60Rc
Thickness: Approx. 1/4"
Handle: Tan Resiprene C
Grind: Saber
