Couldn't remember specs so I founds these on TNK:

Blade Steel & Frame: CPM S35VN
Sheath: Custom Fit Kydex w/ Para cord
Weight: (knife only) 3.5 ounces / 98 grams
Weight: (including sheath) 4.3 ounces / 120 grams
Has some scratches on both sides from the kydex sheath. It's in very good shape other than the scratches. Lightly used, never sharpened, and still shaves hair. Only carried a few times.
