This is probably one of the best Stethoscopes out there and in use right now. This ADC System 5 BP system comes with Infant Size Cuff, Child Size Cuff, Adult Size Cuff, Large Adult Size Cuff, and Thigh Cuff, as well as the Pressure Monitoring Gauge.
