It is a battery operated quartz movement and it has been stored with the stem out in order to preserve the battery. It includes all of the manufacturer's goodies (box, paperwork, letter of authenticity, CD ROM, warranty registration, guarantee card, etc). There is no damage or signs of wear, it is LNIB.
