First is a TOPS Scalpel. I really wanted this knife, but I've yet to use it on anything. Its a good little knife and built like a tank (1/4" at the spine), but it just doesn't fit anything I need now that I've gotten a lot of other knives to do similar tasks. Made from 1095 high-carbon steel. It still factory sharp.
Its like-new and I've modified the sheath to make it easier to grip and remove the knife (removed some material from the Kydex up towards the handle - looks good, not a hack-job). Retention is still very solid - no worries there.
Knife and sheath w/steel belt-clip $55 shipped CONUS
Next is a Kershaw Tyrade (Titanium/carbon-fiber model). I've taken this one apart and cleaned it and applied some Lucas Assembly Lube so its very smooth, but the blade is pretty massive, and as with all Ti Tyrades, its a sluggish assisted knife (but when it opens, you darn sure know it). Its been carried a few times and has a couple of very tiny handling spots on it. Blade is made of 154CM and is fused with a D2 cutting edge.
$165 shipped CONUS for this one and the Kershaw padded zipper case (and I just found the box/paperwork).
