This is a catch-and-release. It’s a great knife - just too small for my hand. I have not used it. I may have touched it up a little on my Sharpmaker . . . I don’t remember. Anyway, I’ve tried to illustrate in the pics how I burned the tip of the kydex sheath, although it doesn’t affect function.
