WTS: Two Marlin 45-70 rifles.
Marlin Cowboy Lever action and Marlin Stainless Guide gun 1895GS. Both new never fired. No Box. Local FTF only in Deer Park NY.

These rifles have sat in my safe. I no longer hunt. I have maintained these rifles, wiping them down with a clean sponge and gun oil. These rifles are like new condition.

All state rules apply and must be of legal age to purchase these firearms.

Any out of state sales, I require a signed FFL. Buyer will pay for shipping and insurance. These rifles will be shipped to your FFL of choice. If I have to ship from my FFL to your FFL you will need to pay for all FFL fees.

I have no gun case or box to ship this rifles.

if you have no case or box to ship it sounds kinda like you dont want to ship, so why dont you just say that, what are you going to do slap a shipping label right on the gun!!
 
I would guess he just means they will be shipped in a plain shipping box.
