I have the following for sale.....
Sheffield Bowie made by W.E. "Bill" Ankrom (Master Bladesmith 1975). It has Elephant Ivory scales, Coffin shaped, 5 pin handle. The # on the blade is 0481 (4th knife made in 1981). The blade is 10 inches in length and is 440 steel. Hilt looks to be Silver Nickel. The blade does have one minuscule ding (please see pics) that the maker said he would gladly fix. After speaking with the maker on the phone....he also stated that the current replacement value would be $2200. It comes with the original handmade sheath made by the maker of the knife as well. It does have a small hole that has been fixed, please see pics for that as well! (hole done by previous owner). I am asking $1800 but am willing to consider reasonable offers. Thank you
