First unconditional "I'll take it" gets the item. Immediate payment is expected after deal is agreed upon. If after 30 minutes the item hasn't been paid for then it goes to the next person in line. I will use time stamp in the thread to see who gets it. Payment is via PayPal only and no echecks. Make sure you have funds available in your PayPal to transfer immeadietely. If payment is made and hold is put on it thru PayPal, I will promptly cancel that transaction and refund it back to you. PayPal goods add 3.5%, PayPal Friends and Family no fees added. I ship USPS priority mail on the next business day after payment is cleared and available in my PayPal account. I will send over tracking info as soon as the item is on its way. In the months leading up to the election I kind of went nuts with the AR builds because I thought we were going to have issues with these guns if the election went the other way, which I thought was absolutely going to happen. So I'm going to start thinning back the herd a bit and I'm going to start with this one first.
This upper receiver was built around 4 months ago however the parts were purchased over the course of the last year. For the record I have assembled over a dozen high quality AR15s for myself personally and built and worked on many more for friends over the years, so everything was torqued to spec and checked for perfect function. Proper tools were used and all threads greased with proper grease. Blue Loctite was applied on set screws holding the gas block in place. Just want to clear that up so people know they are getting a properly built upper receiver and not some junk thrown together by some kid that has never done this before.
This upper has had between 150 and 200 rounds put thru it with 100% reliability. I'm extremely easy on my stuff so it's in excellent condition with only very very light wear, I would call it 9 out of 10 with even that being conservative. The gun has not been abused in any way and has been kept in a climate controlled area and only shot inside climate controlled ranges. It has not been laid in the mud or used hard whatsoever. I actually have the packaging for most items as well so I will include those if you like. I have receipts for everything as well which add up to well over $800 and that included buying most things on sale so replacing them now would be closer to $1000 total.

-Barrel: LaRue Tactical Stealth 16" SS Match grade barrel with mid length gas system. 1/8 twist chambered in 223 Wylde, M4 feed ramps, medium barrel profile and extremely accurate. I've been getting sub MOA at 100yds consistently. Do the research and you will see the rave reviews around these barrels. LaRue claims some owners getting sub 1/2MOA.
-Muzzle device: Surefire Procomp 556 "muzzle brake" This device does its job remarkably well. Shoots very flat and allows for fast follow up shots.
-Rail: 15" BCM KMR Alpha rail "Keymod"
-Gas Block: BCM .750 ,set screw non adjustable gas block. "barrel is tapped from factory with 3 pre drilled slots because the LaRue gas block has 3 set screws, however the BCM Gas Block set screws line up with the first and 3rd holes on the barrel giving it an extremely strong hold, set screws were torqued to spec and blue loctite applied"
-Gas Tube: BCM
-Upper Receiver: Aero Precision Gen2 "with forward assist and dust cover" 7075-T6 Mil Spec Aluminum.
-Sights: Magpul Gen2 MBUS front and rear "Black"
-Bolt Carrier Group: AIM Surplus Nitride "only 20 rounds on this" 9310 Tool Steel MPI/Shot Peened Bolt, Properly staked 4140 Grade 8 Gas Key fasteners, Extrator includes the Crane Oring for better extraction, M16 profile 8620 Bolt Carrier.
-Charging Handle: BCM Gunfighter mod 4 medium latch.

The price is much, much less than what I actually paid for everything so take advantage of an overstocked AR nut like myself here and get a great deal on a top quality upper receiver.
The barrel nut is the BCM proprietary nut that comes with the Alpha rail and it was torqued to 50ft lbs which is right in the middle of the recommended range of 30-80ft lbs. the muzzle device was properly torqued and timed perfectly. This upper is ready to be mounted to any 223/556 AR Lower and ready to fire.
