I have a NMSFNO with magnum Sandstorm G10 scales and a well worn, but custom fitted, leather sheath by Savage Leather.
Blade History: It has never been used, however, there are some very faint scratch marks that show up in the right light from it having been inserted once into a kydex sheath that was a bit too narrow. This one blade is a full .25 thick. I could not get the scratches to photograph really, but you can see them barely in one of the photos. The edge also came from the factory not very sharp, so I sent it in as I did not want to ruin it sharpening it myself. It was touched up by BEEF!!!! Webbing, cardboard sheath w Beef sticker, Swine Shaving Sharp Sheath are included!
Sheath: It fits the blade great and is very functional but is beat up. The only ugly part is the tip, but again, it outside of the cosmetic blemishes, it's perfect to go...and it doesn't require a several month wait to get!
