16 1/8 twist Melonite Nitride coated barrel, threaded for 30 cal. (no flash hider) on a new Anderson upper. Free floating quad rail with flip up sights and rail covers. Low profile gas block with black Melonite Nitride gas tube. No bolt carrier group or charging handle. This is a new upper that has never been shot, 0 rounds through it.
Trade for 14.5" or 10.3" AR15 SOCOM upper, Used EOTECH 553 or EXPSo3, preferably tan
