I have a size 48 Barbour Beaufort waxed cotton jacket in sage green with a snap-in pile liner that Id like to swap for a Busse SAR5 with sheath.
The jacket and lining are in fantastic condition. I purchased it a couple years ago and only wore it a few times before deciding it was too big for me. Ever since then it's been hanging in my closet. I just took it out to look it over and could find very little about it that indicated it had been worn. The only thing keeping this jacket from looking new is a light patina on the sleeves where they rubbed up against the body of the jacket while walking and the fact that I wrote my name on the inside hanging name tag (which can easily be removed).
The jacket has the Barbour lapel pin on it and the owners manual is in the game pouch. It has two big snapped cargo pockets, two moleskin lined hand warmer pockets, a hidden map pocket between the storm flap and the 2-way zipper, and a huge dual zippered game pouch on the back which is lined with waterproof nylon so it can be hosed out. The jacket is lined with a hanging cotton tartan material. The brown pile liner snaps in and is a waistcoat style. Even though it is sleeveless it's extremely warm.
I purchased the jacket online from a company in New Zealand and it was made in Barbour's NZ mill (using British material). There is no difference between the NZ Barbours and the British Barbours but I wouldn't want you to be surprised to see a "made in New Zealand" tag on the label.
