I've had this BM 710, D2 steel for about two weeks now. Bought it NIB, and I've only carried it four days with very little use. The pocket clip shows a little wear but I don't see anything besides that -- I'm sure there are other small signs of wear I don't see, but no more than a few days worth of pocket lint can muster up.

I had to try out a large folder after carrying my mini grip around for the past year and it just doesn't do it for me. I've even realized that the mini grip is a bigger blade than I need, which is why I'm looking for something smaller.

I don't have my mind set on any particular knife but I have been looking at some of the spyderco knives and like what I see -- particularly in the Balance and Lava knives. I like how the blades are small, they fold up nicely, and yet the handles have a relatively large amount of real estate. I am not looking to add any cash on my end, so I am at most looking for a 1:1.

Thanks
