WTT Benchmade 942S Osborne for Surefire Flashlight

I have a nearly new, excellent condition Benchmade 942 Osbourne, black handle, combo serrated edge, satin finish. I purchased it new a month or so ago and haven't even really cut much with it except maybe a box or piece of paper. Action/Axis lock is amazing and smooth as glass. Excellent condition with box and bag. MSRP on BM site says $180.

I will consider trades for a Surefire L4, A2 Aviator or E2E/E2D (plus cash for the E2E/E2D).
