Trades: I am looking for a TAD Softshell hoodie (Maybe OTTE or PCU also), preferably an unlined "LT" model. Not particular on the model. Size XXL. Also a small Strider fixed blade like the DB, DB-L, MFS or similar. Starlingear bead, maybe.
I know this is a long shot, but I'm going to give it a go anyway.
The 880 is in decent shape. It's a combo edge, but I have sharpened it down with a DMT Diamond hone (no over heating) so that only the deeper serrations are still there. I greatly prefer this style of serration. It cuts just as well, and is easier to sharpen. The top edge has been pulled back so it's not quite so steep anymore.
It has a little pocket wear and some idiot marks on the blade from when I was fixing the edge to my liking. Very smooth pivot for a production folder, though somewhat tight. I like it that way, but it could easily be loosened up with a small Torx drive bit.
