I got some nice blades here that I want to trade for a really nice Acoustic Guitar. I like Martin and I like Black. But let me know what you've got at cdgilbert@alltel.net
I also have guns I can mix in for trade here... http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5984412#post5984412
First is a FBMLE. It's in the same condition I got it from Busse in. I am the only owner and have done nothing with it but buy a sheath and stick it in the safe. Factory Edge has never cut anything... even paper. It has a custom THICK leather sheat from ChuddyBear (Hope I spelled that right). He does fine work. Sheath has some marks and scratches.
Next is a FBM with gray coat and it had tan handles. But I tried to dye them black and they turned out the neatest color of walnut or cocbolo like. The knife is lightly used and has some coating wear. Not much though. I sent it to Bill Siegle to have him work his magic on this one. It has a penetrator tip done by Bill as well. It has not been used since it got back from bill. RAZOR sharp and in probably 97% finish wise. The sheath is OD green and is custom with kydex liner. I'll try to find the leg straps for it. Shouldn't be a problem.
Next I have a rare Rob Criswell Bowie. Now there are bowies available from Rob right now but not like this one. I guess this is a prototype or first run or something. It's more like a little saber. It has no guard like the current model and has two pin G10 handles instead of the current coffin handles with I think six small pins. .25" thick A2 tool steel blade is approximately 13" long. The blade may have a sheath mark on it somewhere but I couldn't find one. It appears to be dead mint. Never used. Never cut even a piece of paper. It has a recessed Criswell Logo done in like a metalic blue anodize type thing on the blade. Very nice. I was told there are only 25 like this in the world. But I have never seen another one like it. The sheath is G10 for some reason. I would have assumed Criswell would have just included a Kydex one but this one is a little more complicated. It's more like a scabbard than a sheath. These will never come again.
