I have a circa 1999/2000 Delta Z tanto linerlock with the grey aluminum scales, black coated sandvik steel with partial serration. The knife was EDC'd a little so it has some wear on the handle and some of the coating is worn, but overall the knife is solid and very sharp. All torx screw construction, large pivot, came with a tool to adjust tension on pivot. Still have the box, tool, and catalog that was sent with the knife. I am looking for similar type/use (one-hand open, pocket clip etc.) but not full serration, knife in any blade shape from:
