I am very very reluctant to make this trade but I am really dying to get an XM-24. What I have is a near mint Rick Hinderer Flame Mark II. This particular model is extremely rare. The blade has the original factory edge and I'm told it's never cut anything. It was likely never carried, but there are a few tiny marks here and there, they are very tough to photograph. Again, this knife is near mint.
This knife is fully sandblasted with black G10 overlays. This configuration is extremely rare.
The blade is centered, the lock up is solid and there is no play. This is easily the smoothest Hinderer i've ever owned and handled. I can't say enough good things about this knife, i absolutely love it, but i just can't bring myself to carry it. There's only so many times i can take it out of it's padded case, open and close it, and admire. It's time for it to find a new home.
I am looking for any variety of the XM-24. I would also consider custom XM-18s.
