The old cliche of 'I didn't think this day would come', but I think my preference for smaller knives has fully sunk in, and as much as I try, I never carry this one. Started life with jigged bone, and I had glennbad put stag on it. He absolutely blew me away with the finished product. I feel like I won the lottery with this. It's the stag that made me keep it for this long. Truly a perfect fit. Knife has obviously been used, has strong, but pretty even patina on the blade. Centering and action are great. As seen in the pictures, there is the slightest hairline gap between parts of the mark side liner and backspring, but not enough to come close to bothering me. Has original tube.
I'd like to start by looking for a 1st run ancient. Possibly would also consider another rare/sought after GEC, like a soup bone spey TC or one-arm 85.
