I have a KA-BAR Short Heavy Bowie (unused, but no box) that I would like to trade for the Large variation in the same condition. To be clear, KA-BAR Made both a 7" and 9" version of the Heavy Bowie. I have a Heavy but it needs and edge put on it badly. It was convexed didnt come out very well. I do like it a lot and it has served me well. Handle and finish are generally good but once again needs to be reprofiled. Let me know if you are interested. I would be willing to find out how much it would take to reprofile and take care of that.
