I have a LNIB Large Starbenza which has guitar scale. Born in Sept 2008. Carried in case for a week, never use. Everything is fine, absolute blade center when it closed.

Everything is included (Box, paper, tool, blue cloth, and leather pouch).

It is a large version. Because my fault, it is a Sebenza, not a Starbensa.
