I have an OLD Marine KaBar 12" long leather handle. NO SHEATH. I remember this knife from when I was a little kid (I am 41 now). I want something I can use. Maybe another smaller fixed blade. I will consider all trades-just offer. What you see is what you get. E- mail ssjs678@hotmail.com

During the war production period 1942-1945, the USMC Ka-Bar Knife went through several changes and modifications, the most important of which involved the design and method of fixing the pommel to the tang. The first World War II plans specified a pommel about half the thickness of the final dimension approved and it was to be screwed on to the end of a threaded tang.

I have this one not the slotted version.
