Howdy. I have a very gently-used Fallkniven S-1 for trade. Laminated VG-10 steel, Kraton handle, full exposed tang. The blade is razor sharp with no chips, dents, or rolling. The satin finish is very shiny with no scratches. The Fallkniven oval tang stamp is clearly visible. No damage to any part of the knife, not even baton marks on the spine. The tang is exposed at the end and has no wear; the lined lanyard hole also is in perfect shape. The handle is black Kraton, and is in perfect condition. No damage, rubs, scuffs, etc. The texturing is perfect, with no wear and clean (no dirt or grit in between the checkering).
The sheath is a black Kydex rig made by Normark, and shows no wear except for a slight scuff where the spine is. It does not affect use in any way; it simply rubbed against a rubberized sheath and put a scuff on it. The sheath is adjustable for left or right hand carry, horizontal or vertical, and will cant to put the handle at an angle if you wish. The sheath is compatible with a Tek Lok is you want to use one.
What I'm looking for:
Make me an offer on a large (8" or longer blade) outdoor knife. I'm very partial to carbon steel, but almost anything will work (no D2 please). New or used is okay, but please nothing damaged (chipping, severe rust, broken handle scale, etc.) RAT Cutlery and an Ontario RTAK or SP-5 are on the top of my list, but I will consider anything reasonable.
I ship using USPS (post office) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, and I request that you do the same (please no UPS). Thanks for looking
