I have the following handgun books that I'm looking to trade for photography books, all or any:

The Colt .45 Automatic Shop Manual by J. Kuhnhausen
Handguns And Self Defense by Dalton/Fowler
The Women’s Guide To Handguns by Carmichel
Business Partners by Peter Alan Kasler
Pocket Guide To Handguns by Quertermous
Pistols Of The World (3rd) by Hogg/Weeks
The Basics Of Personal Protection (NRA book)
The Basics Of Pistol Shooting (NRA book)
Handgun Competition by George Nonte Jr.
Handgun Hunting by Nonte/Jurras

All of these books are in excellent condition. I'm looking to trade only in the USA. If interested in a trade, email me, and we can take it from there.

Glockman99--I've got a bunch of photography/darkroom tech books, but can't use any of the handgun books you've got listed. Any other trade goods on your end? Right now I'm looking in particular for Barlows, Ulsters, and TL-29s, and a 225Q in user or restorable-to-user condition (don't need the sheath). Other items considered of course. PM me if you want a list . . .

Dann....I've got photography books....and will take all but the handgun hunting books (already have those two).

Tell me aspects of photography you're interested in...I have quite a variety, including software books.

Dan

Portrait.
Photojournalism.
Anything to do with Nikon & Nikon film cameras.
Ansel Adams books...(The Camera, The Negative, The Print).
"The Art of Seeing" book.
Etc...

Ok...I'll check to see what I've got this evening.

If another offer comes through, feel free to jump on it.

I don't have any Nikon stuff (all Canon for me) but I do have books that might fit your list above....

I'm waiting for your list.:).

Ok...I went through my books...turns out many of them are specific to digital photography....or have "digital" in the title. So I left those out.

Here's what remains that would apply:
  1. Exploring Black and White Photography
  2. Exploring Color Photography
  3. Seizing the Light: A History of Photography
  4. How to Photograph Women Beautifully
  5. Successful Glamour Photography
  6. The Lighting Cookbook for Fashion and Beauty Photography

1-3 are more generalized and more "high brow/textual", 4-6 are more specific to fashion...more "techie/studio"...but they do have a lot of good info that readily applies to portrait photography.

#1 and #3 are worth more than the others...and were worth every penny.

All of them are in great condition...I read through them in a "gleaning" way...just getting the info I needed.

Take one, take all, take none. I'm easy.

Dan,

#3 & #6 interest me. Email or PM which handgun books you want to trade for those 2 books of yours and we can work out a deal. I can ship on Monday.

I'm most interested in these (in order of pref)

Handguns And Self Defense by Dalton/Fowler
Business Partners by Peter Alan Kasler
Pocket Guide To Handguns by Quertermous
Pistols Of The World (3rd) by Hogg/Weeks

Let me know if this is a fair trade.

Thanks!

Dan

The problem here is that it took so long for you to get back to me with what ones that you want, that in the meantime, the last book on your list is gone (Pistols of the World) on another deal. Pick another one from my list if you want and then we can get on with a trade for your two books.

my buddy Tom Krein said he could use this one:

The Colt .45 Automatic Shop Manual by J. Kuhnhausen

Add it to it - thanks!

PM/Email me your address...ok to send book rate? or you want to do Priority Mail?

Dan
