This spydie GB has been my pocket socket for the last 7-8 months, fine knife. With the overall f&f, carbon fiber, and M4 blade this knife is both sports car and bulldozer. Some folks have complained that since the spydie hole is not fully exposed and the lock is flush, this knife is difficult to open and close. I have medium sized hands and have had no complaints in this area. My only complaint is that the choil could be a bit more pronounced.
This knife has seen plenty of use but no abuse (I save that for the fixed blades.) Lockup is tight with no blade wiggle. Blade itself has some patina and some scratches. The action is a bit on the tight side as I prefer this, but you can remedy this with some lube or by slightly loosening the pivot screw. I'm no expert at sharpening,b ut I did sharpen this and it will shave hair off my arm.
Looking to trade for a new EDC. What I really want is the Paramilitary with S35VN or M390. Also would consider a BM Nitrous Stryker + cash. Plain edge ONLY, no tantos, and I do not prefer a powder coat. Will entertain any offers though.
