WTT New in Box 5.11 Sidepick plain edge with sheath and chain

Knife is new in box, uncarried, with 12 position sheath. Both edges ground, but only one is sharpened. Great back up knife easily concealable.
I'm looking for plain edge 5.11 CS3, Kershaws, will consider other folders over 3" and under 4" in blade length.
