New in box. Only opened and closed a couple of times, to find out that I personally prefer playing with/operating liner- and frame locks, instead of this button lock. Just one millimeter off-centered, but I didn't want to mess around with the pivot of a new in box folding knife, that I wanted to sell or trade anyway (you have to remove/swap the pocket-clip to adjust the pivot-screw).
