I have an old style HI Malla khukuri for trade. It has a beautiful old style rosewood wooden handle that was given the krazy-glue and buff treatment by a former owner. The rosewood gleams through, over a nice matte finish. The handle is nice and flush with the buttcap. The blade is wicked sharp, mint, and the edges and spine are all crisp. The cho is well formed. This is the royal kami, Bura, at the top of his craft.
The scabbard is the old style, tooled with a leaf and vine pattern, smooth and silk. The chakmak and karda are nicely made. the karda has a mini cho.
