I have a lightly-used Ontario TAK for trade. It's 9-3/4" long with a 1095 carbon steel blade, 4-3/4" long and 3/16" thick. OD green linen micarta handles. I believe this is a TAK-1, but the tang stamp just says TAK. The blade finish has been carefully removed, so the blade is bright and shiny now. I filed the lanyard hole off carefully as well. The knife has no rust or damage, and is razor sharp. It comes with the factory black Cordura sheath with two snaps and MOLLE back. The clear plastic insert has been glued into place. There is no damage, tears, rips, or fraying at all.
I'm looking for a decent chopper in the 9"-12" blade range. Something with a thick blade, so no machetes please. I can add to the trade if necessary.
