Hi Everyone,
I'm wanting to trade a rare like new Strider SMF CuBe (Copper Beryllium) Knife. This knife was designed for military EOD groups. The blade is made from Copper Beryllium and is not a surface coat on steel. This alloy metal was used because it's non sparking and non magnetic. Josh from Strider told me that the Rockwell hardness is about 50, so its a little softer than something like S30v. The knife has good centering, early lockup with no blade play in any direction, and has the Hinderer marked LBS. I'm wanting to trade with for:
*Duane Dwyer custom chisel ground folder knife (I would prefer a SMF, but will entertain other models)
*Mick Strider Custom SMF
*Fellhoelter/Horton folder
*Horton folder
*Hoback A10, A15
*Brad Blount folder
*Jason Stout folder
*OR ?
Please let me know what you have, I can add cash for the right trade.
