I have a Seiko Kinetic Titanium Sports 100 watch that I would like to trade. I bought this watch back in 2001 when I was starting college, but have found it to be to dressy for my needs. It is a titanium case and band with gold accents. Just to fancy to fit in well with my jeans and t-shirt. I wore it for maybe a year on a daily basis, so it shows the usual wear to the bracelet, but nothing that is real noticable unless you are looking for it.

This watch is waterproof to 100m, and has a screw down case back with view window. I still have the warranty card and instruction manual but have lost the box somewhere along the way. Cost new was around $300.

Interested in:
Luminox watch w/ Tritium to compiment my new Titoni Automatic
Possibly knives, especially folders
Computer stuff
Cool Gadgets

I will consider all reasonable offers.

Thanks for looking

Edited to add a pic. I found this online, as I couldn't take a decent picture of it.

I'm about midway through a Street Bowie-style custom that I would trade for it. The knife is profiled and ready to grind, so you still would have quite a few options:
- Grind- can do a one-sided chisel grind like Fred uses on his customs or my normal flat/convex double grind.
- Heat treatment- traditional-style oil quench or wavy hamon like on Japanese knives from clay heat treat
- Handle scales- darn near anything you want!
- Comes with multicarry kydex sheath.

If you're interested, let me know and I can take some pics of the work in progress, as well as show you some other similar recent knives so you can see what to expect.

Is the watch solid Ti or Ti plated?

Chiro75,

I am currently working on a trade with this watch that was offered to me prior to yours. Nothing has been finalized yet. I will let you know if this deal doesn't work out as I would be interested to trade with you.

To answer your questions, the case and bracelet are titanium, not plated. Well actually it is stamped as titanium+base metal, so it isn't pure titanium but an alloy of some sort. It is extremly light, and seems to me to be a mostly titanium product.

Thanks
