It's a Lum.
If you like the Chinese Lum and don't have this version then this is perfect for you. If you think you like the Chinese Lum but haven't examined one or know about the uneven "artsy" attempt to make them look like they have exposed liners between the aluminum handles then please check into that aspect before moving forward with any Chinese Lum or I am told any Spyderco that uses Almite and buffs the edges the same way. I didn't know when I bought it.
My loss could end up being your gain if you want this knife. No denying beyond the cosmetic part which is apparently normal from the factory that this is a fantastic knife with a great steel used for the blade. If I end up keeping it I'll customize it as my OCD can't take it and turn it into a full user.
Like I said other than the part I don't like the rest of the knife is so good I'll keep it and modify the handle if I have to.
I'm looking mostly looking for Spyderco's. In particular models with back-locks sandwiched between exposed liners but not limited to those. I'd give consideration to a plain edge ZT 0200 or an 0350 in at least decent condition as well. Don't be afraid to offer something worth a little or a lot less plus cash. I'm willing to take a little loss to get something I would prefer. Sending me a PM is the fastest way I will see it. Won't hurt to ask, I won't be offended.

Just some others I'm specifically interested in that we can balance either way as needed: Spyderco Captain, Chinook 3 or an earlier one, CF Native, Original Manix, ZDP-189/CF Stretch, Copa CF, small Persian and I'm sure more in that range I'm not remembering.
