Wtt Spyderco Mariner ???

GREETINGS,
i'm new to spyderco. please bear with me. i took this on trade,not sure of model.
the closest i can come is it looks like a spyderco marinerII but, with a plain blade.
has g-10 on left side of blade seiki-city/japan on right. gunmetal grey slotted handles. ss clip with spyderco design.
as new,never carried,used,sharpened, no bx or p-work.
a really nice knife.

!!! CORRECTION !!! i just found a knife on GLOCKTALK that looks just like mine.
he calls it a navigator almite with slot handles.
