I want to trade my Spyderco Police SS with fully serrated ATS-55 blade steel. The ATS-55 is rarer then the VG-10 version and my best guess as to when the knife was made is early 90's. This is a classic in the Spyderco line. The blade is in decent shape with some minor chips on the first set of serrations. The lockup is tight and makes a solid snap when open and clack when closed. The pivot is lubricated for smoother action. The handle has scratches just like any used SS knife but they are pretty minimal. I lubricated it for smooth operation. Clip is good with few scratches. I spent about an hour trying to sharpen it and it is pretty sharp now. If you send it to spyserco they will fix the serrations and I think they will polish the handles. Very nice big knife with great spyderco quality.
