I have a couple of Spyderco's for trade. Neither have boxes or paperwork and both have been used. I have bought items on bladeforums before but never traded or sold. You can check my feedback on the Bay and you will see that there will be no issues on my end. The spyderfly has been flipped and carried and shows signs of this. The blade has the original edge, never sharpened and very lightly used. It is still very sharp. The spring for the latch is missing. The trainer has been used and is in very good condition.
