I have a used Benchmade model 42 154cm (pre-spine divot era) that i would like to trade for a new/used Benchmade 51. I bought this particular 42 (have had multiple) back in spring of '08 and have edc'ed it frequently over the last 2 years. This is one of my working knives. Blade edge has been re-profiled and re-sharpened 4-5 times and there is minor visible wear on different areas of the knife. Nothing broken or refurbished. Lock-up is still great closed and superb open. Very little tang cup wear, no rust, has been maintained well. Box, sheath and papers incl. Once again, this is a carried, USED 42 up for trade. I really don't want to let this go (my last 42) BUT, i am looking for something with a pocket clip to take its place and the 51 is what i settled on. I am looking for an even trade, no money, no hassles. The 51 has to be in perfect working condition. Thanks to everyone for their time. -J-
