WTT Used Leatherman Charge ALX for Kershaws

I have a used Leatherman Charge ALX that was given to me by a coworker, and I just can't warm up to it and don't care too much for leathermans. Let me know what you might have, I prefer USA made Kershaws, but just let me know what you got. I don't want to trade for multiple "el-cheapos". Worst I can do is say no, let me know what you got. Thanks

Is it the black oxide or the regular charge?
