I have a Warren Thomas Model 2 that I recently aquired. This is the version with the all carbon fiber handle and a liner lock. The blade is carbon fiber/titanium with a carbide edge. The blade is a chisel ground tanto with Warren's stamp on the back. The clip is titanium. It is in very good condition with only some very light scratches on the clip and the pivot. The lockup is perfect, and I mean dead perfect. I'll give a little background on this knife and explain some of it's cool features in case you don't know. The advantage to using carbon fiber and titanium is that the knife is extremely light. The first thing I did when I first picked it up was laugh and shake my head in amazement. You cannot believe how light this is until you've handled it yourself. Titanium is not normally good blade material as it doesn't hold a very good edge and isn't as hard as a good steel. However, Warren has bonded carbide to the edge. Carbide, as you might know, is extremely hard. It also creates little micro-serrations that make this an excellent self-defense knife. This knife won't cut paper all that well at the moment, although it can be sharpened for that purpose according to Warren himself. However, the intention was that the micro-serrations would rip and tear rather than just slice. And believe me, you don't want to cut yourself on this knife. All in all, a very cool piece that you don't see up for trade all that often. It's just not my cup of tea.

I'm not really interested in productions except for a Strider RC, large inlaid Sebenza, or a very nice DKW Sankshark.

I am really looking for other customs. I'm not too concerned about condition (ie scratches, etc) as long as it hasn't been abused. I am particularly interested in folders by Darrel Ralph, Rick Hinderer, Brian Tighe, Andre DeVilliers, a Pirela collab, and Brad Duncan. I will post a longer list of makers I like at the end of the post. I'm really just interested in custom tactical folders so if you have something that fits the bill feel free to try me at dredwards@uscupstate.edu If need be, I have a Piranha Excalibur, MT Halo 2, and possibly a Stider SMF (if I really like what you've got) I could throw into the mix.

I might be able to post pictures over the weekend but no guarantees. Also, I may be somewhat late getting back to you due to work constraints, so bear with me if I don't reply immediately.

Anybody? I know this is not quite the same value as many of the customs I listed so any of you guys with a AR, GB, RCC, or large Sebbie give me a holler. Some Microtechs too (Nemesis, Exodus, MTX D/A, LCC D/A). Also maybe some Daltons (Jackal, Border Patrol, Asp, STC). Did I mention I really want a Sandshark?

BTT... Come on, this is a high quality custom. I know there's plenty of Sebenzas out there. I need a user.

I have an MT LCC and a Bob Terzuola you may be interested in. The Terzuola is worth a bit more than the NIB price of the WT though... The Terzuola is a TTF-1 Liner Lock w/ ADIronwood scales and backspacer. Mint as New condition (I've never used it to cut anything), "Croc Leather" case, Wharncliffe blade, 3.5" ATS-34 blade, OAL = 8", Frame and liners are Ti anodized w a brass finish. Thumb disc opener.
The LCC may be closer to what you want...This one comes with everything that MT shipped with it. The blade opens with authority, never had a problem with it. It has the greenish linen micarta scales with the satin finished blade and clip. The thumbstuds have tritium inserts. The knife is a great knife & pretty much the only MT knife I kept of all I had...feel free to email me @ brutaldiver @ hotmail . com (remove the spaces) or CinCity1911Grips@cinci.rr.com if you would like more info.
