WTTF: Princeton Tec EOS

I'm looking for a Princeton Tec EOS headlamp. I'm not too sure of the difference (in terms of appearance) between the old version and the newer ones, but I'm looking for the newer one. If you have an older version, I'll strongly consider that as well
I'm also looking for a high-lumen (130 lumens or higher) flashlight; CR123, AA, AAA, or AAA only please.

I have lots to trade: lights, headlamps, machetes, tomahawks, bags, etc.
