Good WValtakis - Awesome service, awesome guy!

I have a ZT 0450 that I absolutely love. I've added a custom 3k carbon fiber scale, anodized titanium screws, anodized titanium pivot, anodized titanium standoffs, Skiff bearings... Pretty much the works. I love the knife.

What I didn't love was that it would literally remove skin from my index finger after a day of using/flipping it. My finger would be so sore after a day of carrying it that I basically couldn't carry it two days in a row. Eventually I just stopped carrying it altogether. That sucked considering how much I liked every other aspect of the knife

Enter Chip ( WValtakis )! For a very reasonable price, Chip adjusted the detent and also added a detent ramp to the knife. The turnaround was also crazy quick!

The knife is now very smooth, and an absolute dream to flip. Fantastic action and a phenomenal detent! I've been playing with it non-stop since I got it back.

If you're in need of any work/tuning done on a knife (not to mention engraving, anodizing, or regrinds), I highly recommend WValtakis !

I wanted to get this posted up awhile back, but things have been crazy, lol. On the plus side, it's given me more time to really appreciate the magic you performed on it. It's been getting a TON of pocket time since you shipped it back.
