I have an old folding knife that was my great grandpa's knife. He served on a mine sweeper during WWII. This knife has two Iron Crosses on one side of the blade, and other symbols and letters on the other side. I was wondering if anybody could help me figure out if this knife is German, or even from WWII. I will leave a link to an instagram post of the pictures. https://instagram.com/p/BlEb2mxBqfA/

Have any pictured of the whole knife?

Pics of the markings are great and all, but the pictures of the whole knife help because we can see what pattern it is.

A photo of the entire knife would help. Look like Maltese Crosses, which I believe is from an English knife company, I think it is a Joseph Rodgers knife. Post it on Bernard Levine's site and you will probably get a definitive answer. John

Indian counterfeit of the Joseph Rodgers brand. Could be WWII, but not much older than that.
