Few weeks ago I finally finished my balisong order from them, and today resaved my knife. From the time I pre-reserved this knife till this fulfillment I changed booth my credit card and my location (I moved to central Europe, back to my home country). To make long story short Ill say the order was fulfilled very nicely and timely. They took into account all my requests (no box marking & so on).
Bottom line: it was my first order, but definitely not the last. Highly recommended, especially for international buyers!
