I ordered a Kershaw Black Boa from www.pvk.com back on 12/26/01. I was waiting, waiting, and waiting for it to arrive via UPS second-day air so I called to check the status. Josh told me that they had a bit of a shipping backup, and it would be out to me shortly. A day later, I got my Boa and a free knife via USPS next-day service. I was very pleased. Unfortunately, the Boa arrived with a defect (not the fault of Josh or PVK). I called Josh and he is shipping me a new knife with a return mailer so that I can return the defective knife. I've never had someone so willing to work with me to make things right. I'd definitely recommend doing business with www.pvk.com.

Josh will make every deal he has pending good and probably sweeten each one.
I deal alot with Josh because not only is he honest, but he is a family man and a true KNIFEKNUT!!!!
I am very happy to see "things" starting to return to normal. When I posted about some issues he was dealing with, I added he would probably throw a freebie in every "late order" and maybe break even. That is Josh and it is GREAT to see him back behind the helm of PVK.............wolf:) :) :) ;)
 
I've been really impressed by the quality of PVK's service. My original order was placed around the holidays, so I kinda expected it to take a while. What I didn't expect was for the package to be shipped next-day, and for a freebie to be included. The original knife was defective, so I called to let them know I'd be returning it next week. This is because I won't be able to make it to UPS until next week. Imagine my surprise when I was told that a new knife would be shipped to me BEFOREI am able to return the faulty one. I wish all sellers were this helpful. This was my first transaction with PVK, and it certainly won't be my last. PVK certainly knows how to take care of a customer.

I had a purchase go sideways (problem w/ carrier) & they made it right.
Good guys- recommended.
 
Josh is the man. I have been dealing with him for years
and have never had a problem.:D
