Well I have had no response from 'Bill' at WBW, so as you can see they are named.
Here is the timeline, have tried to keep it factual and emotion free.
I am spending to a budget - buying items to resell. I am buying multiples of different items.
23 Feb - Asked for shipping quote on 6 multiple items, get an invoice sent with shipping cost of $171
24 Feb - I query high shipping cost pointing out items will fit in prepaid USPS box, cost of $58.50
Add items to order and request new post quote.
25 Feb - Postage re quoted at $67.95 new invoice sent, 3 out of the 8 items are no longer available. I request other items be added to make up the budget.
26 Feb - Receive email noting revisions, however the person that does international orders is at a trade show for a week and can't do anything till they return.
3 Mar - During that week I add 2 more items to the order
8 Mar - Told one of these items is out of stock. Get an invoice - paid invoice.
11 Mar - Told that paypal payment has just arrived - it left my account immediately so I have no idea where it went for 3-4 days.
Also told one of the items I ordered and paid for is out of stock, would I like to modify order? I add 2 more items for same cash amount to order.
19 Mar - told that one of the items is out of stock. I say send what you have and leave me in credit.
31 Mar - got no idea what is happening - have emailed the owner on 29 March but no response.
1 Apr - emailed asking if the order has shipped yet.
The 3 items I was informed were no longer available on the 25 Feb are still on website as available on the 31st March...
Update 5 Apr. Still no word from either the owner or the sales department, this is ridiculous! How hard is it to send an email?
I have updated the rating from 'bad' as I did get my items, they were all there, prices are reasonable and I guess benefit of the doubt has to be given.
