X-42 Field Knife with a Blade coating?

Can a Field knife be ordered with the blade coating similiar to the Recondo model? Can the blade coating be done later on the Field knife or Vision knives?

My Field Knife is currently at Bodycote for BC coating. When I get it back, I will post a pic.

The Field Knife does not come with coating options, but as referenced, aftermarket customizations may be pursued by the knife owner.
