I am still seriously considering the knife. I am worse than a woman when it comes to deciding it seems. Just kind of big even for me and am trying to get my head around it. I pm'd ya too. keepem sharp

Here's a nylon sheath that I'll throw in. It was from an old Cold Steel folder but it fits this knife. Thanks.

ray please god make more slippies :thumbup::thumbup: how about a trapper design with wharncliffe : ) : )

Ray just rec. the knife! Very excellant service man. Now as for the knife holy shit and shinola, what a piece of work! I wanted a f.b. for the longest time but it was serendipitous that I was able to snag this one. I think you are missing the boat here if you don't mind me saying. Do ocassional f.b's but start building folders! I own a few custom folders and I don't mind telling you probably the finest folder I own or have owned is a Jones Brothers Responder. That is until I rec. this friction folder from you and I ain't shittin ya either. This knife has totatlly changed my outlook on this type of knife. Can there be improvements made to this model? Sure, cosmetic only. Like maybe some checkering on the grips, a nail nick and well thats it. Now if you can make one with a 3.75" blade and 4.75" handle I would be in fat city I'll tell ya that. Thanks for this opportunity and feel lucky along with very priveledged that I am able to own this folder. keepem sharp

Lord, that is a gorgeous knife. Love the simplicity of that, and brass and cocobolo just look great together.

I own it, and am always looking here to see when he'll post another only a tad smaller blade and handle. Execution is excellant and talk about traditional. Holy smokes I don't think you can go wrong with this one. Put a thumb stud or nail nick in it and a bit of checkering on the scales and it would be dead nuts perfect. keepem sharp

I love it! Saw one of Rays bowies in the fixed blades for sale last week, it was already sold, but Ray has consented to make me one like it. Should be here mid to late April. Will be my first custom bowie!
