Blue factory XM-18 3.5" scale - $40
I purchased the knife used with this scale, and then carried it for a few weeks before swapping the scale to match my other XMs. No chips or other damage, and it does not have that shiny sheen that my regular carry scales get, so I don't think it was used much.
Red custom TeroTuf scale for a ZT 0566 - $50
This was made for me by ShepardCC. If you are not familiar with TeroTuf, it is easily my favorite scale material. It has a fuzzy, cloth-like feel to it, which makes it really comfortable to use and provides excellent grip. It does not have the torsion bar recess, so this will only work on a de-assisted knife (or I am sure you could have a scale maker mill out the recess). I don't remember how much use it got, maybe a couple of months. I happened to have the stock scale on the knife when I lost it, and I don't see myself buying another 0566 at this point.
The black and green scale has been sold.
My camera sucks, but I took one picture while overcast and one in full sun to hopefully show the colors as best I can.
